This Refund & Return Policy explains the general rules that apply when requesting a return or refund through the platform.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return if:

  1. It is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  2. It does not match the product description
  3. The issue is reported within the specified return period

Returns may not be accepted if:

  1. The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  2. The return request is made outside the allowed return window
  3. The product is non-returnable due to hygiene, digital, or custom nature (as specified on the product page)

3. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Log in to your TrikTrak account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the relevant order and submit a return request
  4. Provide the reason and supporting details if required

Return requests are subject to review by the vendor and/or TrikTrak.

4. Refund Policy

  1. Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected (if applicable).
  2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as:

  5. Alternative refund method as determined by TrikTrak policies

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and vendor.

5. Vendor Responsibility

  1. Vendors are responsible for handling return and refund requests related to their products.
  2. TrikTrak may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds unless platform policies are violated.

Vendors who fail to comply with return standards may face penalties or removal from the platform.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  1. Perishable goods
  2. Personal care and hygiene products
  3. Digital or downloadable items
  4. Customized or made-to-order products

Non-returnable status will be clearly mentioned on the product page where applicable.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  1. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer or vendor depending on the reason for return.
  2. If the return is due to vendor error or defective product, shipping costs may be covered by the vendor.

8. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders may be canceled before shipment, subject to vendor approval.
  2. Once an order is shipped or marked as delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

TrikTrak reserves the right to:

  1. Reject return or refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive
  2. Suspend accounts involved in repeated misuse of the return system
