Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At TrikTrak, we aim to keep order cancellations clear and fair for customers and vendors.

As a multi-vendor marketplace, cancellation rules may vary by vendor and order status. This policy explains the general cancellation conditions on the platform.

2. When an Order Can Be Cancelled

An order may be cancelled if:

  1. The cancellation request is submitted before the order is shipped or marked as dispatched
  2. The vendor has not yet started fulfillment
  3. The order is eligible based on the vendor’s cancellation rules

Once an order is shipped, out for delivery, or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Log in to your TrikTrak account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the order and choose Cancel Order
  4. Submit the cancellation request with a reason (if required)

Cancellation requests are subject to vendor review and platform policies.

4. Vendor Rights & Responsibilities

  1. Vendors have the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on order status.
  2. Vendors must process approved cancellations promptly.
  3. Vendors who repeatedly delay or misuse cancellation rules may face penalties or account review.

5. Refunds After Cancellation

  1. If a cancellation is approved before shipment, a refund will be processed where applicable.
  2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, where possible.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment is collected if the order is cancelled before delivery.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and internal processing.

6. Non-Cancellable Orders

Some orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including:

  1. Orders already shipped or delivered
  2. Customized or made-to-order items
  3. Perishable goods
  4. Items marked as non-cancellable on the product page

Non-cancellable status will be clearly stated where applicable.

7. Abuse & Misuse

TrikTrak reserves the right to:

  1. Restrict cancellation privileges for accounts with repeated misuse
  2. Take action against fraudulent or abusive behavior
  3. Suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies

8. Policy Updates

This Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time.

Changes will take effect once published on the platform.
